This adapter kit connects to the internal factory battery from Lectric XP electric bikes (1.0, 1.0ST, 2.0, 2.0ST, Lite, 3.0, 3.0ST) and includes a clip to secure the connection. The XT60 connection of the adapter can then be connected to the Dual Battery Discharge Balancer Kit. Battery is NOT included.

It is important to ensure that the red wire for the adapter is connected to the positive end of the battery (red wire to positive end of battery head connection). The connection ports at the head of the battery are marked with positive (+) and negative (-) ends. 

It is essential to make sure the external battery is secured and protected prior to riding your e-bike.

Cool idea bad build

After a single use, the clip snapped clean. Luckily it still snaps on one side.

While we appreciate the feedback, we were never contacted by you about your issue. Our clip is made from a specialty material and 'snapping clean' is not an acceptable result. Following verification, yours will be the first in over 1500 units sold to have been noted as a failure of the clip. Spare Lectric Battery Usage

I purchased a spare battery with my XP3.0 Extended Range Step Thru, and I wanted to be able to use both batteries simultaneously for increased range. I already had a battery balancer that I could use and all I needed was the battery adapter and extension cables. Both came quickly and I will be installing the balancer and extension cables this weekend and testing the range of the bike with both extended range batteries.

Perfect dual adapter to use the stock Lectric battery.

Do you have a stock battery and want to use it as a dual battery setup for your bike? This is the part you need. I place it in a rack bag and ratchet strap it down so it doesn't move.

Yes , this is very helpful, if you have the second factory battery, very convenient and easy to install, but you need a bag to put the battery and secured it, instead of stopping in your bike run which sometime friend will not wait for you. So very helpful and convenient.
